Bramblewood Parent Advisory Council (BPAC) needs a strong Executive Team to ensure it can obtain government funding for our school, organize great events for our children and families, and maintain strong communications and relationships with our school staff.  Each year the BPAC is required to elect new PAC Executive members for a one year term, which runs from July 1st to June 30th.  The BPAC also looks for individuals for other non-executive positions that coordinate programs for the PAC.

As a parent/guardian of a Bramblewood Student, you are considered a general member of the BPAC and may submit your name to volunteer for a position, or nominate another parent/guardian for a position.  All names submitted will be considered and a vote will be held at our Annual General Meeting (AGM) which is on Wednesday, May 17th, 2017 at 6:30pm in the school Library.

Please forward your name or the name of a nominee along with the position of interest, email address and phone number to on or before Friday, May 12, 2017.

This year is especially critical in that we have a number of parents who hold key positions who are moving on because it is their child’s last year at the school.

The simple fact is that if there aren’t parents willing to coordinate a program/event it will NOT HAPPEN so many of the things the school community has come to enjoy over the years could disappear.  Most of the position tasks can be set to your own schedule so being members of the Executive or a Program Coordinator can be conducive for all types of work schedules.

Please consider getting involved with the BPAC for the 2017/2018 school year.
